Magsaysay Shipping and Logistics (MSL), led by Magsaysay Shipmanagement, Inc. (MSI), held this year’s first Crew Conference on January 24 at the 29:11 Private Resort & Event’s Place in Bauan, Batangas. The conference gathered officers and crew members from Lorenzo Shipping Corporation’s (LSC) MV Lorcon Bacolod and National Marine Corporation Container Lines, Inc.’s (NMCCLI) MV General Natividad.

The MSI Crewing Department hosted an event designed to foster mutual trust and respect among officers and crew members, both on and off duty. Participants delved into industry-relevant topics, including updates on company policies, and enjoyed a dynamic array of team-building activities organized by the Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) Department. Adding a touch of inspiration, MSL Liner Division Head RJ Madamba joined the event, sharing his time and enthusiasm with everyone present.
